Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will be finalized outside of this platform, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any relevant cancellation fees.

- In case the appointment fees are already paid to VFS or BLS (agencies via which visa applications are processed) then depends on the cancellation terms and conditions of the relevant agency rule will be followed
